ser-EE-bro-LY-sin
A brain-derived peptide mixture used globally for cognitive recovery — contains neurotrophic factors that support brain repair.
Last reviewed: April 2026
Cerebrolysin is a mixture of low-molecular-weight peptides and amino acids derived from pig brain tissue. It contains neurotrophic factors similar to BDNF and NGF that support neuronal growth, synaptic plasticity, and brain repair. It's approved in over 40 countries for stroke recovery and cognitive decline, though not in the US.

Cerebrolysin has the most clinical trial data of any cognitive peptide. Dihexa is more potent per-dose but has less human data.
Dihexa
A potent cognitive peptide that promotes new brain connections — millions of times more potent than BDNF at stimulating neural growth.
Semax
A synthetic brain peptide derived from ACTH that enhances focus, memory, and neuroprotection — developed in Russia.
Selank
A Russian-developed synthetic peptide that reduces anxiety and supports immune function — based on the body's natural tuftsin molecule.
We don't currently offer this peptide — but we have protocols for similar goals.
