HOW IT WORKS.
Connect through your surgeon
Your orthopaedic surgeon or sports medicine physician partners with Truthe Ortho to coordinate your recovery care. Every patient enters through a qualified physician who knows your case.
A Truthe Partner Provider designs your protocol
A Truthe Partner Provider reviews your medical history, current medications, recovery timeline, and goals — then designs a targeted peptide protocol specific to your condition.
Pharmacy compounds and ships
When available, your protocol will be compounded by an independent FDA-registered, cGMP-certified U.S. pharmacy and shipped directly, with every batch tested for purity, sterility, and potency — coming soon, pending FDA review.
Surgical recovery takes the teamwork of the patient, surgeon, therapist, family, and friends. But a true multimodal approach to recovery has been missing. We built Truthe to deliver that, combining physician-formulated nutrition and peptide therapy into one integrated protocol, designed by orthopaedic surgeons for orthopaedic patients.
WHAT IS TRUTHE?
Truthe is a physician-led platform delivering clinical-grade nutrition and medical-grade peptides from trusted U.S. pharmacies.
Our mission is to be your trusted source for nutrition and peptide therapy — combining clinical credibility, expert guidance, and premium pharmacy partnerships.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Built for patients with orthopaedic conditions — surgical and non-surgical.
Truthe Ortho serves orthopaedic patients across the full healing spectrum: acute injury, chronic stable conditions, pre-operative loading, and post-operative recovery. Whether you've had a recent rotator cuff repair, you're managing chronic knee osteoarthritis, you're loading before a planned ACL reconstruction, or you're a non-operative tendinopathy patient who has stalled on conservative care — your protocol is designed for your specific situation. When available, peptide therapies are prescribed by an independent licensed telehealth network and compounded by FDA-registered U.S. pharmacies — coming soon, pending FDA review.
PROTOCOLS.
Four protocols. Each designed by Providers for orthopaedic readiness, recovery, reconstruction, and daily baseline. Each built on evidence.
READY
Pre-Surgical OptimizationFor patients who need to lose weight before surgery. Surgeons often require BMI targets — under 35 for joint replacement, under 30 for spine fusion — before clearing elective procedures. READY protocols combine structured nutrition, supplementation, and when clinically indicated, GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy to help patients reach surgical clearance.
RECOVER
Orthopaedic RecoveryFor patients recovering from orthopaedic injury or surgery. Whether post-operative or managing a chronic musculoskeletal condition, RECOVER protocols support tendon, ligament, muscle, and joint healing with BPC-157 and TB-500 plus targeted nutrition and supplementation.
REBUILD
Muscle & Bone RecoveryFor patients with low muscle mass or low bone density who need to rebuild strength — before or after surgery. When bone density is low, muscle mass is depleted, or recovery from a previous procedure has stalled, the risk of fracture, re-injury, and surgical complication goes up. REBUILD protocols are centered on growth hormone therapy, bone-supportive nutrition, and structured strength guidance — designed to refill the tank before the next injury, surgery, or decline.
FOUNDATION
Truthe Daily FoundationDAILY FOUNDATIONTruthe Daily Foundation. Physician-formulated daily multivitamin — 120 capsules, 4 per serving, 30 servings per container. The daily baseline that supports recovery, performance, bone health, muscle preservation, and metabolic function regardless of where you are in your orthopaedic journey. New patients begin here. Patients exiting RECOVER or REBUILD graduate back here. READY patients stay here throughout pre-surgical weight optimization. $69/mo.
WHAT TO EXPECT.
Recovery unfolds over about six months. Your peptide protocol stays consistent the whole way, designed to support your body through each phase of healing rather than change with it.
BEFORE SURGERY
METABOLIC OPTIMIZATION
When indicated before an elective procedure: peptide-supported weight loss to reach your surgeon's BMI clearance, plus nutrition and nutrient repletion so you enter surgery primed to heal.
WEEKS 1-2
ACUTE PHASE
Protocol begins per surgeon clearance. Focus: inflammation management, wound protection, and initial tissue signaling.
WEEKS 2-6
PROLIFERATIVE PHASE
Active tissue repair. Peptides support angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), fibroblast migration, and organized collagen deposition at the surgical site.
MONTHS 2-4
REMODELING PHASE
Tissue maturation and strengthening as new collagen reorganizes and builds tensile strength. Steady peptide support throughout, with clinical check-ins to track your progress.
MONTHS 4-6
RESTORATION PHASE
Functional recovery, scar maturation, and return-to-activity preparation, through physician reassessment and protocol completion.

WHAT THE RESEARCH SHOWS.
We believe you deserve honesty about what the science supports — and what it doesn't yet.
HUMAN CLINICAL TRIALS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
My surgeon referred me. What happens next?
Complete a brief intake form with your medical history, current condition, current medications (especially anticoagulants if post-op), and recovery timeline. A Truthe Partner Provider reviews your case within 48 hours and designs a targeted protocol. Your medication ships directly to you with complete dosing instructions.
Are these the same peptides available on research websites?
No. Research peptide vendors sell unregulated compounds labeled "research use only" — not manufactured under pharmaceutical standards, not tested for sterility, and not legal for human use. When available, peptide therapies are prescribed by an independent licensed telehealth network, compounded by FDA-registered, cGMP-certified U.S. pharmacies, and independently tested for >99% purity, sterility, and potency — coming soon, pending FDA review.
How long is a typical recovery protocol?
Most surgical recovery protocols run 8-12 weeks for soft tissue and 12-16 weeks for bone, aligned with your postoperative rehabilitation timeline. Your physician adjusts the protocol based on your recovery progress — this is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Can I use this alongside my surgeon’s prescribed medications?
Your Truthe Ortho physician reviews your full medication list before prescribing — including anticoagulants (blood thinners), pain medications, and antibiotics. All protocols are designed to complement, never conflict with, your existing postoperative care plan. BPC-157 has documented hemostatic interactions in animal models; this is monitored.
Does my insurance cover this?
Peptide therapy is not typically covered by insurance. Most protocols qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement under IRS Section 213(d) when prescribed for a documented medical purpose. We provide itemized receipts. Final price reflects any Tier 2 compounds, supplements, or vitamins added by your Provider, reviewed and approved with you before your card is charged.
What if I experience a side effect?
Your Truthe Ortho care team monitors your protocol throughout. Any adverse event is documented, reported, and reviewed. You have direct messaging access to your care team. If needed, your protocol is adjusted or discontinued. We maintain a formal adverse event reporting pipeline — your safety is the non-negotiable constraint.
