Thymosin Beta-4 is a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid peptide present in virtually all tissues. It plays a central role in tissue repair by promoting cell migration, blood vessel formation, and reducing inflammation. TB-500 is the synthetic version used in research and clinical applications.
